The UPV\u2019s portal, accessible via <a href=\"https:\/\/www.upv.es\/index-en.html\">upv.es<\/a>, includes its subdomains, microsites, and mobile applications, enabling access to published information and the e-Office. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n    <strong>e-Office:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p> Per Article 38 of Law 40\/2015, the <a href=\"https:\/\/sede.upv.es\/oficina_tactica\/?idioma=en#\/inicio\">e-Office<\/a> is located at <a href=\"https:\/\/sede.upv.es\/oficina_tactica\/?idioma=en#\/inicio\" target=\"_blank\">https:\/\/sede.upv.es\/oficina_tactica\/#\/inicio<\/a>. <\/p>\n<p> This electronic address provides citizens with access to information, services, and procedures through a secure and efficient system. <\/p>\n<p> While generally accessible without subscription, some areas may require user authentication.  <\/p>\n<p> This e-Office allows to carry out actions, procedures and services that require the electronic access through the Internet of the citizens to the services offered by the UPV in the public interest, in a safe, efficient way and with the required accessibility and quality. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> It is advised to carefully review this &#8220;Legal Notice&#8221; before using the Portal. <\/p>\n<h2>1.2 Nature of the Information Published on the Portal<\/h2>\n<p> The information provided on the Portal is for illustrative purposes and may not always reflect the most current legal or regulatory status. <\/p>\n<p> While the UPV strives for accuracy and prompt updates, it does not guarantee the absence of errors or permanent updates.  <\/p>\n<p> The information contained in the Portal may be modified and updated without prior notice, both in terms of its content and its design and presentation. <\/p>\n<p> The information provided in response to any consultation or request for information is merely indicative and in no case shall be binding for the resolution of administrative procedures, which are strictly subject to the applicable laws and regulations. <\/p>\n<p> In case of discrepancies, the officially published versions in administrative bulletins or journals prevail.   <\/p>\n<h2>1.3 General Terms and Conditions of Use<\/h2>\n<p> By accessing, browsing the Internet Portal and using the services included in it, you acquire the condition of User, without reservations of any kind, to each and every one of these General Terms and Conditions of Use and the Particular Conditions, which may govern the provision of the services available on the website, without prejudice to the attention and compliance by the User of the conditions set and provided by the websites hyperlinked from <strong>upv.es<\/strong>, for which the UPV is not responsible. <\/p>\n<p> The UPV may, at any time and without prior notice, modify the General Terms and Conditions of Use, as well as the Particular Conditions that may be established. <\/p>\n<p> In any case, the User agrees to make appropriate use of the contents and services that the Universidad Polit\u00e9cnica de Val\u00e8ncia offers through the Portal and, by way of example, but not limited to: <\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Prohibitions: Users must not engage in illegal activities, misuse personal data, disseminate malicious content, or infringe intellectual property rights.<\/li>\n<li>Not to enter, store or disseminate information that is defamatory, libelous, obscene or threatens human rights.<\/li>\n<li>Authenticity: False identities or unauthorized use of third-party credentials are not permitted.<\/li>\n<li>Security Obligations: Users are prohibited from introducing harmful software or disrupting UPV systems.<\/li>\n<li>Do not destroy, alter or use data without authorization.<\/li>\n<li>Not to infringe intellectual or industrial property rights or trade secrets.<\/li>\n<li>Not to use services of the Portal for commercial promotions without authorization.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>1.4 Responsibility<\/h2>\n<p> The UPV is not liable for damages resulting from system interruptions, viruses, or delays caused by factors beyond its control, overloaded networks or third-party actions and content on linked external websites.  <\/p>\n<h2>1.5 Intellectual and Industrial Property<\/h2>\n<p> All content on the Portal, including code, designs, and text, is protected under Spanish law.
